TruRenu is an emergency restoration company based in Lawrenceville, GA, offering water damage restoration, mold remediation, fire damage restoration, mold prevention, wind and storm damage repair, and reconstruction services. They serve over 20 cities across Gwinnett, Fulton, DeKalb, Hall, Forsyth, Barrow, and Jackson counties in the greater Atlanta metro area.
The restoration industry is one of the most competitive local SEO verticals in existence. According to BrightLocal, 97% of consumers search for local businesses online, and Google's own data shows that "near me" searches have grown over 500% in recent years. For a restoration company, every search like "water damage Lawrenceville GA" or "fire damage restoration Johns Creek" is a potential emergency call worth thousands of dollars in revenue.
The math of the problem was straightforward but daunting: 6 services across 20+ service areas means over 120 unique service-location combinations. Each one needed a dedicated, SEO-optimized page targeting the specific query homeowners type when disaster strikes, "mold remediation Snellville GA," "fire damage cleanup Duluth," "water damage restoration Alpharetta." Writing and maintaining all of these pages manually would require weeks of content work and be nearly impossible to keep consistent and current.
TruRenu needed a website that not only converted emergency calls but also systematically captured local search traffic across their entire service footprint.
I designed a high-converting, trust-driven website that positions TruRenu as the premier emergency restoration company in the Atlanta metro. The design prioritizes speed to action, emergency phone number, same-day response messaging, and insurance carrier logos appear prominently to establish credibility within seconds, which is critical when homeowners are dealing with active water, fire, or mold damage.
For the local SEO challenge, I built a custom AI workflow that programmatically generates dedicated service pages for every service-location combination. Instead of manually writing 120+ individual pages, the AI workflow produces unique, high-quality content for each combination, "water damage restoration in Snellville," "fire damage restoration in Johns Creek," "mold remediation in Decatur", complete with location-specific details, relevant emergency guidance, and optimized meta tags targeting the exact queries homeowners search in crisis moments.
The site architecture was built around three conversion paths: emergency response (call/text CTA on every page with 24/7 messaging), service discovery (clear service breakdowns with detailed descriptions), and trust building (insurance carrier logos, verified reviews, certifications, and emergency guides that position TruRenu as the authority).
On the technical SEO side, I implemented structured data markup with LocalBusiness and Service schemas, clean URL structures that mirror search intent (e.g., /water-damage-restoration/snellville/), and semantic HTML throughout. The AI-generated pages follow a consistent template optimized for local pack ranking, including location-specific headings, internal linking between related services and nearby cities, and schema markup unique to each page.
