A Marketing Agency That Needed to Practice What It Preached

Platinum Pixel Inc. is a digital marketing agency that provides lead generation, local SEO, social media management, and web design services to local home improvement businesses across the United States. Their core offering, the HIP (Home Improvement Pros) Marketing System, bundles all of these into a monthly package.

The agency needed a website that would do two things: convert visitors into scheduled demos and showcase real client results to build credibility with prospective customers. The site had to present their 12+ services clearly, feature client case studies with real metrics, and include a design portfolio gallery, all while maintaining fast load times and strong technical SEO on a third-party proprietary CMS they had already selected.

The challenge was working within the constraints of that CMS while delivering a custom-quality design, proper semantic structure, and SEO-optimized markup that the platform's built-in tools didn't provide out of the box.

The Solution

Custom Design and Technical SEO on a Proprietary CMS

I designed and built the website within Platinum Pixel's chosen proprietary CMS, working around its limitations to deliver a custom-quality result. The design follows a strategic narrative flow: a bold hero section with a clear call-to-action, a four-step "How It Works" process, a 12-service showcase grid, and a client case study section presenting real metrics that Platinum Pixel's marketing team provided.

On the design side, I created a conversion-optimized layout with multiple CTA entry points at strategic scroll depths, a client testimonial carousel, a design studio gallery for portfolio work, and a dedicated section for the HIP Marketing System package with clear feature breakdowns.

On the technical SEO side, I implemented semantic HTML structure, proper heading hierarchy, optimized image markup, and structured internal linking across the service pages, each with its own URL for search engine targeting. The CMS had limited SEO capabilities, so I worked within its template system to ensure the markup met best practices for crawlability and indexing.

Each service page targets specific keywords relevant to local home improvement marketing, giving Platinum Pixel a foundation for organic visibility that the CMS alone wouldn't have provided.
